§ 94.99 PENALTY.

Any owner or occupant of property in the municipality violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be assessed a fine not to exceed $500. Each day any such violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
