§ 94.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BRUSH. Underbrush, land overgrown with a thick growth of small trees and shrubs, low shrubby growth, tree branches that have been chopped or broken off.
   OCCUPANT. A person who occupies land, or house, owner, renter or anyone living at the residence.
   OTHER OBJECTIONABLE MATTER. Any accumulation of lawn clippings, dead leaves, cut trees or tree limbs and other debris of whatever nature, either plied or laying about the lot, anything that would create a fire hazard, safety hazard, health hazard or any other matter that by its mere presence offends the general public.
   OWNER. Any person holding legal or equitable title to any real property within the municipality of the Town of Holiday Lakes, Texas, as reflected on the current tax roll of the town.
   RUBBISH. Trash of any nature.
   UNSIGHTLY MATTER. The storing or keeping of anything so as to produce an unsightly or ugly appearance. Piles of trash, junk, containers, litter on or about the lot, or anything which may harbor reptiles or rodents, creates a fire hazard, safety hazard or health hazard.
   UNSANITARY MATTER. Any condition which results in an unhealthy condition, that could bring diseases; or result in creating a breeding ground or area for rodents, reptiles or creates a health hazard. Anything that gives off a disgusting odor, appears to be impure, or any carrion.
   WEEDS. Weeds and grass, or either of them, exceeding 12 inches in height.
