§ 93.04 DESIGNATED TOWN OFFICIAL TO GIVE NOTICE OF STREET ADDRESS.
   (A)   Within 60 days of the effective date of this subchapter, a designated town official or officials shall give notice to all residents of occupied habitable structures within the town limits, as to the street address of such structure. In the case of any unoccupied habitable structure, the owner of such structure shall be so notified.
   (B)   The notice required in division (A) above may be delivered in person, by U.S. mail, or by whatever other means available.
   (C)   If such notice is sent by U.S. mail, the fact that the notice was not returned as undeliverable, shall be prima facie proof that such notice was delivered as required by this subchapter.
   (D)   Such notice shall also be given to all persons applying for a building permit for a new structure or applying for new utility service, at the time such application is made.
