As permitted by Tex. Administrative Code, Title 43, Chapter 25.1, the Town Council hereby designates as stop intersections and authorizes the erection of stop signs conforming to the requirements of the Texas Manual of Traffic Control Devices, at the following designated entrances thereto:
(A) On Creekside Drive, at its intersection with County Road Thirty North (CR 30N), regulating traffic off Creekside Drive onto County Road Thirty North (CR 30N);
(B) On Western Way, at its intersection with Creekside Drive, regulating traffic off Western Way onto Creekside Drive;
(C) On Myles Lane, at its intersection with Creekside Drive, regulating traffic off Myles Lane onto Creekside Drive;
(D) On South Austin Drive, at its intersection with North Texas Avenue, regulating traffic off South Austin Drive onto North Texas Avenue;
(E) On North Austin Drive, at its intersection with North Texas Avenue, regulating traffic off North Austin Drive onto North Texas Avenue;
(F) On Fairbanks Avenue, at its intersection with North Texas Avenue and North Lake Drive, regulating traffic off Fairbanks Avenue onto North Texas Avenue and/or North Lake Drive;
(G) On Duffy Lane, eastbound at its intersection with O’Malley Lane and Artie Road, regulating traffic on Duffy Lane;
(H) On Duffy Lane, westbound at its intersection with Artic Road, regulating traffic on Duffy Lane;
(I) On Artic Road, at its intersection with North Lake Drive and Kodiak Drive, regulating traffic off Artic Road onto North Lake Drive and/or Kodiak Drive;
(J) On Kodiak Drive, at its intersection with North Lake Drive and Artic Road, regulating traffic off Kodiak Drive onto North Lake Drive and/or Artic Road; and
(K) On North Lake Drive at its southbound intersection with Kodiak Drive, regulating traffic on North Lake Drive.
