(A) The described flag in the ordinance codified herein design shall be made into an actual flag, the size of which shall be three feet by five feet.
(B) A small, inconspicuous tab shall be sewn into the lower right-hand corner, giving the designer’s name as Robert and Romono Gekler.
(C) This flag shall be designated as the official flag of the town, and shall be displayed in the proper manner and with the proper respect, at any and all functions involving or sanctioned by said town.
(D) The background is the same color design as the Texas State flag. Center circle with young boy catching fish with pole.
