There has been created a Civil Service Commission for the city as provided for by Neb. RS 19-1827, with the powers and duties as set forth in Neb. RS 19-1827 through 19-1823. Such Civil Service Commission shall function pursuant to the provisions of such state law applicable thereto and pursuant to the procedures, rules and regulations of the “City of Holdrege Personnel Plan”, applicable thereto.
