§ 1-922  CLAIMS; AUDITS.
   The Finance Committee shall, prior to the allowance of any claim against the municipality, examine and audit the same to determine whether it is in proper form, is correctly computed and is justly and legally due and payable, and shall determine the proper fund from which the same is payable.
