§ 5-704  ENFORCEMENT; PENALTY.
   Any peace officer, including a conservation officer, may enforce the provisions relating to snowmobiles. Any person convicted of violating any rule or regulation dealing with snowmobiles shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.
