§ 3-906  INSTALLATION; CITY TO MAKE CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   When application has been made for electric service to the Utilities Superintendent, the city will make the connections from the electrical system to the building of the consumer in accordance with the current Electrical Code of the city.
   (B)   All such supply wires and meters so furnished shall be considered the property of the city.
