(A) Forms enumerated. The following types of forms are keyed to the subdivision regulations and are intended as a guide for the applicant and staff in processing a subdivision plat:

(B) Forms on file. Copies of the forms as listed in division (A) of this section shall be and remain on file in the office of the City Clerk.
