§ 159.069 ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS BY LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
   If the local government engineer has certified that the improvements are complete and free from defect, then upon receipt of the other statements and agreements detailed in § 159.068 of this chapter and upon receipt of two sets of as built plans, the governing body shall accept the conveyance of those improvements. The governing body may, at its discretion, accept the conveyance of any portion of the required improvements; provided, that all specified statements, agreements and as built drawings have been received for that portion.
