Prior to record plat approval, the subdivider shall complete in a manner satisfactory to the local government engineer, all improvements required in this chapter and specified in the preliminary plat as approved by the MAPC, and shall dedicate same to the local government in accordance with § 159.069 of this chapter. Record plat approval shall not be granted until said improvements have been accepted by the local governing body.
