Any entity who makes beneficial use of the facilities constructed with the grant proceeds specified in § 36.20 shall report to the city on a quarterly basis the creation of jobs and hiring of persons to fill those jobs.
(A) Duration and timing of reporting period and reports. The reports specified in this division (A) shall be delivered to the city on a quarterly basis by the end of the first month of each calendar quarter for a period of one year after the completion of the grant project.
(B) Contents of reports. Each report required under this section shall include a listing by job title and description of each job created by the entity. Each report shall include a listing by name of each person hired to fill the jobs created and a certification of that person’s income for the one-year period prior to that person being hired.
