3-2A-17: CLASSIFICATION OF TAXPAYERS:
For purpose of this chapter, the classification of taxpayers hereunder shall be as prescribed by state law for the purposes of the Oklahoma use tax code. (Ord. 849, 3-15-2016, eff. 6-15-2016)
