Sample language for the following types of plat certificates and dedications is available for inspection, and shall be and remain on file, in the office of the City Clerk:
(A) Dedication for subdivision plat with public rights-of-way;
(B) Dedication for subdivision plat with private streets or easements;
(C) Surveyor’s certificate;
(D) County Treasurer’s certificate;
(E) Certificate of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission;
(F) Certificate of acceptance by City Council for plats within the municipal jurisdiction;
(G) Certificate of acceptance by the County Commission for plats within the county jurisdiction;
(H) Designation of limits of no access on arterial and certain collector streets;
(I) Establishing a restrictive drainageway maintained by lot owners of the entire addition;
(J) Establishing a restrictive drainageway maintained by lot owner;
(K) Dedication of a drainageway; and
(L) Dedication of a detention area.
