§ 36.01 DEPOSIT OF FUNDS IN DESIGNATED DEPOSITORIES.
   (A)   Use of designated depositories. Funds of the city shall be deposited as required by law. The City Clerk shall deposit daily all public funds received by him or her into designated banks and savings and loan associations.
   (B)   Funds secured by unit collateral system. The deposits of the city shall be secured by the unit collateral system provided by the Oklahoma Statutes.
