§ 158.06 DESIGN OF PONDS.
   (A)   Design. The design of all detention ponds shall be based upon the hydrographs derived for each subcatchment. To determine the storage required, the outflow curve shall be subtracted from the inflow curve. Other design methods are acceptable and may give a greater degree of accuracy depending upon the size of the subcatchment. The outflow hydrograph shall not release a greater volume or have a higher peak flow than the predevelopment hydrograph.
   (B)   Vegetation. All ponds shall be furnished with proper vegetation to prevent erosion of the soil.
