Any T-1 zone lot established and any structure erected on any T-1 zone lot after the initial effective date of this chapter shall comply with the following requirements.
(A) Front yard. Minimum is 20 feet.
(B) Side yard.
(1) Minimum side yard is five feet.
(2) Minimum side yard on street side of corner lots is 15 feet.
(C) Lot width. Minimum is 50 feet.
(D) Intensity of use.
(1) Minimum lot area is 6,500 square feet.
(2) Minimum space between unconnected buildings on the same lot is ten feet.
(3) Minimum unobstructed open space per dwelling unit is 1,500 square feet.
(E) Off-street parking. Building shall be provided with a yard area adequate to meet off-street parking requirements set forth in this chapter.
