(A) Administrative, executive, professional and research offices;
(B) All uses allowed in R-3 Multiple-Family Dwelling;
(C) Apothecaries and drug stores,
(D) Art gallery;
(E) Government offices;
(F) Hospital and clinic;
(G) Medical and biological laboratories;
(H) Mortuary and funeral home;
(I) Parking lot; and
(J) Professional schools and studies.
