Any A-1 zone lot established and any structure erected on any A-1 zone lot after the initial effective date of this chapter shall comply with the following regulations.
(A) Front yard. Minimum depth is 30 feet.
(B) Side yard.
(1) Minimum side yard is ten feet.
(2) Minimum side yard on street side of corner lot is 20 feet.
(C) Rear yard. Minimum rear yard except where alley is platted is ten feet.
(D) Lot width. Minimum lot width at building line is 125 feet.
(E) Intensity of use.
(1) Minimum lot area is one acre.
(2) Minimum space between unconnected buildings on the same lot is 15 feet.
