The following uses may be permitted after the Planning Commission has approved the site plan:
(A) Aircraft landing fields;
(B) Boarding school;
(C) Broadcasting towers for radio and television;
(D) Churches;
(E) Country clubs;
(F) Nursing home;
(G) Orphanage;
(H) Public building;
(I) Single-family homes as regulated in R-1 zone; and
(J) Signs and outdoor advertising.
