§ 157.209 AREA REGULATIONS.
   Any I-3 zone lot established and any structure erected on any I-3 zone lot after the initial effective date of this chapter shall following bulk and area requirements.
   (A)   Front and side yard. Minimum is 50 feet.
   (B)   Intensity of use.
      (1)   Minimum distance between unconnected buildings on the same lot is 15 feet.
      (2)   Minimum size of new zones is 20 areas.
