Any I-2 zone lot established and any structure erected on any I-2 zone lot after the initial effective date of this chapter shall comply with the following bulk and area requirements.
(A) Front yard. Minimum is 40 feet.
(B) Side yard. Minimum is 15 feet.
(C) Rear yard. Minimum is ten feet.
(D) Intensity of use.
(1) Minimum distance between unconnected buildings on the same lot is 15 feet.
(2) Minimum size of new zones is ten acres.
(E) Coverage. Maximum lot coverage is 50%.
(F) Off-street parking. Buildings shall be provided with a yard area adequate to meet the off-street parking requirements set forth in this chapter.
(G) Landscaping. All yard areas required under this section and other yards and open spaces existing around buildings shall be landscaped and maintained in a net condition.
