Any C-2 zone lot established and any structure erected on any C-2 zone lot after the initial effective date of this chapter shall comply with the following bulk and area requirements.
(A) Dwellings. The area regulations for dwellings shall be the same as the requirements of the R-3 Multiple-Family Dwelling District.
(B) Front and side yard. There are no specific front or side yard requirements for uses other than dwellings.
(C) Rear yard. When a commercial building is to be serviced from the rear, there shall be provided an alleyway, service court, rear yard or combination thereof adequate to provide off-street loading space. In all other cases, no rear yard is require.
(D) Off-street parking. Buildings shall be provided with a yard area adequate to meet the off-street parking requirements as set forth in this chapter.
