§ 157.076 TOWNHOUSE DEFINITION.
   TOWNHOUSE means one of a series of two or more attached dwelling units, separated from one another by continuous, vertical party walls without openings from basement floor to the roof deck and tight against same or through the roof and which are intended to have ownership transferred in conjunction with a platted lot, except as provided in this chapter.
