§ 157.053 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The regulations set forth for conditional uses in this chapter shall apply in R-3 Districts:
   (A)   Institutions for children or the aged;
   (B)   Medical facilities;
   (C)   Trailer courts; and
   (D)   Communication towers must be free standing and not in excess of 100 feet in height.
