§ 157.051 GENERAL USES.

   The following and all essentially uses are permitted in this zone:

   (A)   Any use permitted in an R-2 Two-Family Dwelling District;

   (B)   Multiple-family dwellings and apartment houses;

   (C)   Boarding and rooming houses;

   (D)   Dormitories;

   (E)   Community centers; and

   (F)   Clubs and lodges. No mobile homes.
