§ 157.031 GENERAL USES.
   Property and buildings in an R-2 Two-Family Dwelling District shall be used only for the following purposes:
   (A)   Any uses permitted in R-1 One-Family Dwelling District;
   (B)   Two-family homes; and
   (C)   Home occupation as limited in this chapter. No mobile homes.
