The general uses in the R-1 District are:
(A) Single-family homes. No mobile homes;
(B) Child care centers;
(C) Public and parochial schools and colleges, not including industrial trade schools;
(D) Public libraries;
(E) Nurseries, greenhouses and truck gardens; provided that no products are sold retail and delivered on the premises;
(F) Parks, playgrounds and open spaces; and
(G) Bulleting board or sign, not exceeding 20 square feet in area appertaining to the lease, hire or sale of a building or premises, which board or sign shall be removed as soon as the premises are leased, hired or sold.
