§ 157.002 USES PERMITTED.

   The following uses are permitted in this District:

   (A)   Attached single-family dwellings (a maximum of two attached units). No mobile homes;

   (B)   Detached, zero lot line, one-family dwelling; and

   (C)   Infill housing with a minimum of two side by side lots; provided that the zero lot line side is not facing the adjacent non-zero lot line property.
