2-4-4: CONTRACTS WITH OTHER AGENCIES:

The board shall have the power to cooperate with or enter into any contract, or other agreement, arrangement, or understanding with the board of county commissioners, the state library commission, and any agency of the federal government for the purpose of maintaining the library or deriving benefits from either of the agencies. (1985 Code § 11-303)
