2-4-3: CITY LIBRARIAN:

B. Recommend Employment: The library board may recommend employment of the librarian and shall prescribe such rules and regulations as are necessary to properly operate and maintain the library. (1985 Code § 11-302)

C. Salary: The salary of the city librarian shall be fixed by the library board with the consent and approval of the city council. (1985 Code § 11-306)
