§ 155.06 LIMIT ON NUMBER OF WELLS.
   It is unlawful, and an offense, for any person, firm or corporation to drill more than one well for petroleum or natural gas on any one block in the city. In unplatted tracts or areas, only one well shall be drilled on each five acres in area. A well may be drilled on any unplatted area of two and one-half acres, and less than five acres, if it be shown that such area cannot be included in a five acre tract through any reasonable efforts.
