§ 155.05 ANNUAL FEE FOR PRODUCING WELL.
   The owner of any producing well within the city shall pay an annual fee of $25 to the city for repayment to the city for the cost of supervising the operation of such well, and seeing that such well is being operated in compliance with this chapter, and in such manner as not to be a hazard to property or persons.
