§ 155.03 DRILLING PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   Permit required. Any person, firm or corporation desiring to drill a well for oil and gas mining purposes within the city shall first obtain a permit from the City Clerk therefor.
   (B)   Fee. The fee for such permit to drill shall be $100, and such fee shall be paid to the City Clerk at the time permit is issued.
