2-3-4: ORGANIZATION; MEETING PLACE:

A. Officers: At the first meeting of the board, it shall organize by electing one of its members chairman, one of its members vice chairman, and one of its members secretary-treasurer.

B. Meeting Place: The meeting place of the board shall be in the city council chamber. (1985 Code § 11-104)
