(A) Compliance with Housing Code. Every mobile home located in either a mobile home park, a mobile home subdivision, or as a freestanding mobile home, shall meet the provisions of the housing code of the city except as may be otherwise provided in this section.
(B) Dependent mobile homes. Dependent mobile homes shall not be required to have a flush toilet or a bath or shower.
(C) Exceptions. The Housing Code shall not apply to travel trailers insofar as floor area, flush toilet, bath or shower, and ceiling height is concerned.
