2-3-2: DUTIES; EXPENSES:

A. Duties: The park board shall have complete and exclusive control of the parks and all public grounds of the city and the control of beautifying, landscaping and improving the same.

B. Allowance Of Bills: All bills therefor shall first be approved by the board and submitted to the city council for allowance as other claims and purchases are allowed. (1985 Code § 11-102)
