§ 154.04 INSPECTION OF PARKS.
   (A)   Inspections. The city inspector or health officer are hereby authorized and directed to make inspections to determine the condition of mobile home and travel trailer parks located within the city in order to perform their duty of safeguarding the health and safety of occupants of mobile home parks and of the general public.
   (B)   Outside premises. The city inspector and the health officer shall have the power to inspect the outside premises of private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions in relation to the enforcement of this chapter or of regulations promulgated thereunder.
   (C)   Park register. The city inspector and the health officer shall have the power to inspect any register containing a record of all mobile homes and occupants using the park.
   (D)   Occupant to allow access. It is the duty of every occupant of a park to give the owner thereof or his or her agent or employee access to any part of the mobile home park or travel trailer park or their premises at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with this chapter or with any lawful regulations adopted thereunder, or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
