(A) The Hospital Public Works Authority (HPWA) consents to the Holdenville Hospital Authority (HHA), a public trust, assuming any and all obligations to the city and third parties previously held by the hospital board of the holdenville public works authority.
(B) The HPWA expressly assents to the creation of the new trust and transfer by HPWA to HHA of all hospital board responsibilities, and related assets.
(C) The HPWA accepts its removal from any further involvement in any tangible or intangible property of the Holdenville General Hospital.
