(A) Penalty imposed. All misdemeanors carry a possible fine up to $250, except traffic offenses, per a schedule approved by the City Council in 2001.
(B) Limitation. The provisions of division (A) of this section notwithstanding, no penalty shall be greater than that established by state statute for the same offense.
(C) Each day separate offense. Except as otherwise provided, every day any violation of this chapter or any other ordinance of the city or any rule, regulation or order shall continue, shall constitute a separate offense.
