§ 32.082 CITY LIBRARIAN.
   (A)   Office created. The office of city librarian is hereby created.
   (B)   Recommend employment. The Library Board may recommend employment of the librarian and shall prescribe such rules and regulations as are necessary to properly operate and maintain the library.
   (C)   Salary. The salary of the city librarian shall be fixed by the Library Board with the consent and approval of the City Council.
