§ 150.123 TIME LIMIT; LATE FEE.
   (A)   At the time of application for a permit, it is the duty of the mover of any building or structure to estimate the reasonable time required for the moving of the building from its present location to its proposed location and shall state in his or her application for permit what he or she deems to be such reasonable time.
   (B)   The mover shall bind himself or herself to pay the sum of $10 per day for each and every day, all or any part of which, the building or structure remains on the street in excess of the number of days allowed in the permit, and his or her cash deposit in addition to his or her bond shall be made liable for the payment of the amount.
   (C)   Nothing but an act of God shall be a defense against the payment of the sums.
