The following sections of the IFGC are hereby revised:
Section 101.1, insert: “city of Holdenville”.
Section 106.6.2, replace with:
“The fee schedule shall be in accordance with the city code, or as may be set or amended by motion or resolution”.
Section 108.4, replace with:
“Any person who shall violate a provision of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, alter, repair work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the code official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be guilty of an offense and punished as provided in § 10.99 of the city code. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.”
Section 108.5, insert at the end:
“Stop work order violations shall be punished in accordance with § 10.99 of the city code”
