§ 150.083 CAPACITY AND NUMBER OF TANKS FOR GASOLINE.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to:
   (A)   Install, erect or construct a tank or tanks for the storage of gasoline or other volatile substances for retail sale having a capacity of more than 5,000 gallons each; and
   (B)   Install, erect or construct such storage tanks for the use by any one retail service station where such installation, erection or construction will increase the number of storage tanks at such service station to any figure in excess of four or where such new construction, erection or installation will increase the total capacity of all such storage tanks for such retail service station to any amount in excess of 18,000 gallons.
