§ 150.082 STORAGE OF FLAMMABLES AND EXPLOSIVES; PROHIBITED AREA.
   (A)   Flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks.
      (1)   The limits referred to in the Fire Code, in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, shall be the city limits.
      (2)   The limits referred to in the Fire Code, in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited, shall be the city limits.
   (B)   Bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases.
      (1)   The limits referred to in the fire code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum has been prohibited, shall be the city limits.
      (2)   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to establish, erect, construct or enlarge a plant or place of business where liquefied petroleum gas is to be manufactured, distributed or hauled within the city.
   (C)   Explosives and blasting agents. The limits referred to in the Fire Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited, shall be the city limits.
