§ 150.050 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS; FEE.
   (A)   Permit required. It is unlawful for any person to install any electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures or apparatus in or on any building or structure in the corporate limits of the city or make extensions to any existing electrical installations without first securing a written permit from the city.
   (B)   Application for permit; data required. Applications for electrical permits shall be made to the City Clerk; and the applicant shall provide such plans, specifications and other data as may be reasonably required. No permit may be issued until the registration and bond requirements of this subchapter are complied with.
   (C)   Permit fee. The fee for an electrical permit shall be as prescribed by motion or resolution passed by the City Council.
