§ 150.048 CONTRACTOR’S PROOF OF STATE BOND OR DEPOSIT.
   Every person receiving a certificate as an electrical contractor from the city shall file with the city a copy of such contractor’s state bond or documentation of cash or certificate of deposit filed in lieu of the state bond.
