§ 150.047 ELECTRICIANS; REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

   (A)   Registration required. It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business, trade or vocation of electrical contractor, journeyman electrician or apprentice electrician without registering and securing a certificate from the city inspector.

   (B)   Fee. Before such certificate is issued, the fee as set by the Council by motion or resolution shall be paid to the City Clerk:

      (1)   For electrical contractors;

      (2)   For journeyman electrician; and

      (3)   For apprentice electrician, no charge.
