§ 150.028 PLUMBER’S REGISTRATION; FEE.

   (A)   Registration required. No person shall practice or engage in the business, trade or occupation of a journeyman plumber, a plumbing contractor or a plumber’s apprentice unless he or she is registered as such with the city inspector.

   (B)   Fees. The registration fees shall be paid to the City Clerk in such sum as the Council may set by motion or resolution:

      (1)   For annual registration as a journeyman plumber;

      (2)   For annual registration as a plumbing contractor; and

      (3)   For annual registration as a plumber’s apprentice, no charge.
